Join us for a tour de force dinner showcasing the wines of Winemaker Adam Smith & Skinner Vineyards paired with Chef & Co-Owner Brad Cecchi of Canon at The Pip in Dixon.

The inspiration for the dinner was the Skinner Vineyards Estate Mourvedre tasted during a recent Pip Trip! to Skinner. The most fitting chef partner was an easy call: Brad Cecchi of Canon. Brad has continually championed Skinner wines, local farmers & heritage breed animals on the Canon menu. The multicourse dinner will also feature a Navajo-Churro spring lamb, bred, born & raised in Dixon.

Seating to share in this extraordinary menu is limited to just 30 seats.

Tickets are $165 pp and include all food, wine and gratuity.
