Caraccioli Cellars is a family owned and run winery in the Santa Lucia Highlands. They specialize in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - for both sparkling wine and for still wine. There’s also a beautiful tasting room in downtown Carmel.
The virtual tasting will be lead by Scott Caraccioli - who is knowledgeable, charming and generous (yes, I’m a HUGE fan) and we’ll learn about the property, the vineyard management and winemaking. Of course we’ll kick around some wine and food pairing ideas, too - but Scott has been part of every level of winemaking at Caraccioli - from the vineyards, to the winemaking, to the selling.
This virtual tasting is moving to 6pm - so we can include a few more people :)
The Private Property trio pack is $58 and will be available at The Pip for pick-up starting Thursday, 6/11. Delivery is also possible - we’re delivering on Tuesdays to all areas.
