Chris Walsh has been making wine for a few years now - and has been in the hospitality business his entire career. He and his fiancee, Laura, do the farming, the winemaking, the tasting room management and some of the cooking! They farm their own grapes and are known for a lighter style of wine - much more on the "natural" wine spectrum. Here's out chance to do taste some wines, have lunch and spend an afternoon poking around Amador City.
The trip includes the wine tasting with Chris and lunch. Lunch will be simple - a choice of 3 different kinds of burgers (1 vegetarian) and a side salad.
All Pip peeps will meet at the tasting room at noon to start the tasting. Amador City is super cute so make sure to plan to spend another hour or two to walk around.
