We're squeezing in a tour and an olive oil tasting at Il Fiorello just before olive harvest begins! Join us to tour the milling facility and see how the process happens from start to finish. The top-of-the-line European machines, the computer that tracks the progress of each stage and the overall logistics are amazing! After the tour we'll taste through several olive oils and learn how each variety of olive has its own taste profile.

After the olive oil tasting we'll enjoy lunch on the patio. Lunch consists of three courses - a main, a salad and gelato for dessert. Any wine or beer with lunch will be extra.

$65 per person covers the tour, the olive oil tasting and lunch (does not include any beer/wine ordered with lunch).

We'll assemble in the parking lot around 9:45am to be ready for the tour which begins at 10 sharp.
