Welcome all beginners, dabblers and hard-core knitters.
The Knit and Sip isn’t a class per se but more of a gathering. This is the first of what we hope will become a regular thing.
If you’re knit-curious or think you want to knit – heck, yes, join us! You can watch others knit and get some pointers from those who are more seasoned. If you’re a knitter who has a ½ finished project in a drawer somewhere (we know you do!) this is your sign to bring it in and work on it!
We’ll have a special guest for our first Knit & Sip – Ailis Peplau. Ailis wears many hats (wine cohort, friend, sheep shearer) but this evening she’ll be showing some of her spinning prowess. Ailis has been helping Amy shear the Navajo-Churro sheep for years and has learned to clean, card and spin our Dixon wool. Come out and meet Ailis to hear about her adventures!
