Join us to taste some exquisite sparkling wines from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The owner, Georgio, will be here, along with the importer, Giuseppe LoCascio. We will learn about the region, the "marriage" between modern technology in the winery and the traditional farming in the vineyards. All of the wines are made methode champenoise (the same exact way champagne is made) by a 4th generation winemaker, trained IN Champagne. We will taste four different wines from Cantina della Volta and enjoy them with antipasti (we MUST enjoy Italian wine with food!). All of the wines in our tasting are sparkling - from white to rose to a red sparkling!
